How does it work?
Find a hub on the map, book online in seconds, and drop your bags at the counter. Staff seal them with a tamper-proof tag and photograph the seal before you leave — you pick up whenever you're ready, up to closing time.
What if I'm running late to pick up my bags?
You get a 15-minute grace period after your booked pickup time at no extra charge. After that, storage continues billing in 30-minute blocks at your hub's rate, capped at the daily rate — so a short delay never costs more than a day would.
What's covered if something happens to my bags?
Every hub is vetted and your bags are sealed and photographed at drop-off. You can also opt in to Luggo Guarantee for LKR 150 per bag, which covers up to LKR 40,000 against accidental damage, loss, or theft while stored.
Do I need to create an account or pay upfront?
No — you can book as a guest and pay by card online, or reserve now and pay cash at the counter when you drop off. An account just makes it faster to book again and manage extensions.
